I grew up in Georgia and mix together South American and Southern storytelling traditions to surreal environments, as well as featuring Latinx characters in situations they normally don't find themselves in contemporary fiction. I have an MFA in Fiction from the University of Wyoming.
I am working on a novel and a collection of short stories.
